Welcome to Mantle! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and On Repeat Now LLC dba Mantle ("Mantle," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of our website, mobile application, and financial monitoring services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

To use Mantle, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Be a resident of the United States.

  • Provide accurate and complete information, including identifiers like your Social Security Number or financial account details, as required to provide the Services.

2. Description of Services

Mantle provides a platform for general account monitoring and financial insights.

  • AI and Machine Learning: You acknowledge that Mantle uses artificial intelligence, including large language models (LLMs) and machine learning, to derive insights and power our support chat functions.

  • Informational Only: Mantle provides information for your convenience. We do not provide professional legal, tax, or investment advice.

  • Third-Party Integrations: We use third-party providers (such as Plaid) to securely link your financial accounts. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms.

3. Authority and Third-Party Account Access

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right and permissible access to all accounts you connect to Mantle.

  • Family and Third-Party Accounts: If you connect accounts belonging to family members or any other third party, you represent and warrant that you have obtained explicit, lawful consent and authority from the account holder(s) to do so.

  • No Verification by Mantle: Mantle does not verify your legal authority to access or link these accounts. We act solely as a service provider to facilitate the connection you initiate.

  • Disclaimer of Liability: Mantle disclaims any and all liability arising from unauthorized access, use, or linking of third-party accounts. You agree to indemnify and hold Mantle harmless from any claims or damages resulting from your connection of an account for which you do not have proper authorization.

4. Privacy and Data Handling

Your privacy is a priority. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data, including sensitive information like your income, net worth, and demographic data.

  • Consent to Recording: By using our Services, you agree that telephone calls with our team and interactions with our AI-powered chat functions may be recorded for quality assurance and fraud prevention.

  • Security: We use industry-standard safeguards, including bank-level 256-bit encryption, to protect your data.

5. SMS and Mobile Messaging (Mantle Alerts)

By opting into our messaging program, you agree to receive text messages regarding your account activity and security.

  • Program Description: Mantle sends account alerts, security verification codes, and financial updates.

6. Subscription and Payments

Mantle offers monitoring features through a standard monthly subscription.

  • Billing: Monthly fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled through your account settings before the next billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mantle is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Mantle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or financial losses (such as loss of profits or data) resulting from your use of the Services or the unauthorized connection of accounts.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

  • Arbitration: Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
